  • Client documents: Transaction and operating materials provided for an engagement. These documents may contain personal data and commercially sensitive information.
  • Engagement information: Information associated with the delivery of the engagement, including document metadata, findings, review activity, and client communications.
  • Security and usage information: Technical information used to operate and protect the service, such as access events, device or browser information, and timestamps.
  • Contact submissions: Names, business contact details, organisation information, and messages submitted through contact channels.

2. How information is used

Velintis uses information for the following purposes:

AI may support selected parts of document review and analysis. Human expertise and review remain important, and client documents are not used by Velintis to train general-purpose AI models.

Velintis uses technical and organisational measures intended to protect client information throughout the engagement.

  • Access controls: Access is limited to authorised personnel and service providers according to their role.
  • Engagement separation: Logical controls support separation between client engagements.

  • Document handling: Client documents are deleted after engagement completion unless otherwise agreed.
  • Engagement outputs: Engagement records and outputs are managed in accordance with applicable engagement terms.

4. Subprocessors

Velintis uses selected service providers to support delivery of the service. Their access is limited to the services they provide and is governed by applicable contractual terms.
